~ We meet with each individual prospective Tenant showing them your property. We obtain from them a completed Rental
Application, from which we run credit checks through the credit bureau, call previous landlords and verify employment. Once
everything checks out we execute a Lease Agreement. From then on we collect rents, inspect the premises, take
care of maintenance issues, pay invoices and produce monthly reports to the owner. We pay attention to detail in order to
take care of your property with the utmost pride.
